I’m always well taken care of. From the moment I arrive, they welcome me with my drink of choice. There’s no comparison—the way they treat you is what matters most. I always leave delighted with how my hair turns out 🩷
I live in Louisville, Kentucky. No matter what when I come to Utica I always make a stop here! I have THICK hair & I always come out of this shop with my hair flowing & glowing! There’s nothing like a wash and set from Hiandra beauty salon!
Went there about a week ago, the staff is disrespectful.. the staff talk very bad about the people there, they make fun of people’s hair , the lady that wears all black and is usually on the far right by the wash bowls she is very disgusting.. she went up to a little girl and said something to her in Spanish laughed in her face and left.. they go into the back for hours to talk shit .. it took 5 hours to get a wash in set.. they charged me 60$!!! When it’s clearly says 45$. They snuck a treatment into my daughter’s hair and make her hair fall out .. they did a terrible job. Very going here again.. need better employees who don’t talk shit in Spanish
To everyone that recommended I go to Hiandra’s thank you! 🙏🏾💜 The shop was clean and very nicely decorated, the staff was friendly and thorough, and every girl in there left out looking beautiful! 😍 I have really thick natural hair so I was nervous, but they got my hair bone straight! And they have so many other services besides wash and set, you can even get your nails done!
